Job summary

Road To Responsibility Inc. seeks Residential Support Staff to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in living more independently at home and in the community.

You will provide hands-on care, support daily living skills, accompany to appointments, and document progress in a collaborative team setting. This in-home role includes a $2,500 sign-on bonus for new full-time hires and a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement options, and paid time

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Willing to complete mandated trainings, including medication administration.
• Criminal History Background Check (CORI) required.
• Ability to read and write reports and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily living skills such as cooking, hygiene, and routines.
• Provide hands-on personal care and mobility assistance as needed.
• Attend medical appointments and community activities.
• Implement individualized support and behavioral plans.
• Administer medications per established procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment.
• Provide transportation as required.
• Complete documentation and progress reports.
• Collaborate with families, care providers, and team members.
• Be a positive role model and advocate for those you support.
