Job summary

Road To Responsibility Inc. is seeking a dedicated Residential Support Staff to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in living more independently at home and in the community.

You will provide hands-on care, support daily living activities, and attend medical appointments as part of a committed team. The role emphasizes compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented care, with opportunities to advocate for those supported, maintain a safe home environment, and document progress

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to authorize CORI/DPPC background checks.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily living skills such as cooking, hygiene, and routines.
• Provide hands-on personal care and mobility assistance as needed.
• Attend medical appointments and community activities.
• Administer medications in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment.
• Complete documentation and progress reports.
• Collaborate with team members, families, and care providers.
