Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking a Direct Care Specialist to assist with admission and orientation of participants, and to monitor patients during their stay in both voluntary and involuntary facilities.

The position supports ongoing monitoring and orderly discharges. The role requires a BHT or EMT certification, a clean 39‑month MVR, a level one fingerprint clearance card, and being at least 21 years old; prior behavioral health experience is a plus and the work involves pool shifts

• Direct Care Specialist is responsible for assisting with the admission and orientation of participants of the program.
• Direct Care Specialist is also responsible for the ongoing monitoring of each patient in the voluntary and involuntary facility as well as discharges.
