Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) seeks a Direct Care Specialist to assist with the admission and orientation of program participants, and to monitor each patient during their stay.

The role entails supporting discharge planning and ensuring safety in a behavioral health setting. Qualifications include a BHT or EMT certification, a clear 39-month MVR, a level one fingerprint clearance card, and being at least 21 years old.

Qualifications

• Must have a BHT or EMT certification.
• Must have a clear 39-month MVR record and be able to present report at interview.
• Must have a level one fingerprint clearance card.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Behavioral health/substance abuse experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admission and orientation of participants.
• Monitor patients during their stay in the facility.
• Assist with discharges when appropriate.

Skills
