Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking a Direct Care Specialist for the pool, with four shifts per month, to assist with admission and orientation of participants and to monitor patients in the facility and at discharge.

Qualifications

• Must be a BHT or EMT certification.
• Must have a clear 39-month MVR record and must be able to present report at time of interview.
• Must have a level one fingerprint clearance card.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Behavioral health/substance abuse experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admission and orientation of participants in the program.
• Provide ongoing monitoring of each patient in the facility and during discharges.
• Support the clinical team in coordinating care and ensuring safety.
