Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency providing comprehensive programs across Arizona. The Direct Care Specialist - Pool supports admission, orientation, and ongoing monitoring of participants in our facility, with discharges as needed.

Candidates must be a BHT or EMT, have a clear MVR, a Level 1 fingerprint clearance, and be at least 21. Prior behavioral health or substance abuse experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be a BHT or have EMT certification.
• Clear 39-month MVR record and must present report at time of interview.
• Must have a level one fingerprint clearance card.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Behavioral health/substance abuse experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admission and orientation of participants.
• Ongoing monitoring of each patient in the facility.
• Discharges when applicable.
