Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking a Direct Care Specialist to assist with admission and orientation of participants and to monitor residents in the facility. You will contribute to safe, structured care and help with discharges as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements include being a BHT or EMT, a clear 39-month MVR, a valid level one fingerprint clearance card, and being 21 years of age. Behavioral health experience is a plus, and the role offers meaningful schedule

Qualifications

• Must be a BHT or EMT certification.
• Must have a clear 39-month MVR record and present report at interview.
• Must have a level one fingerprint clearance card.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Behavioral health/substance abuse experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admission and orientation of participants in the program.
• Monitor each patient in the voluntary and involuntary facility.
• Assist with discharges and transitions of care.
