Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services seeks a Part Time PCT (CCCA) Direct Service Associate III to provide direct care to psychiatric minor patients at the Community Center for Children & Adolescents. The role emphasizes building therapeutic relationships, individualized care, and upholding dignity and rights, with essential reporting during emergencies.

Formación

• Knowledge of child/adolescent development and needs of individuals with disabilities.
• Ability to provide positive statements to individuals served.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to provide direction for activities of daily living for youth in care.
• Ability to observe and describe observations in writing clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Builds therapeutic relationships and provides trust-based individualized care.
• Provides direct care to psychiatric minor patients; essential staff during emergencies.
• Upholds rights and dignity of children and families at all times.
• Reports as scheduled during emergencies and assists in crisis situations.
