Job summary

Community Behavioral Health, LLC (CBH) is seeking a part-time Child PRP Direct Care Worker to support children and teens with mental health needs in after-school, home, community, and clinic settings. You will work hands-on with youths, reinforcing emotional and behavioral skills under supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Comfortable working with children and families.
• Willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to complete documentation electronically.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children in after-school, home, community, or clinic settings.
• Support emotional regulation, behavior management, and social skills.
• Provide respite services as assigned.
• Reinforce treatment goals set by therapists and psychiatrists.
• Communicate with parents, caregivers, and supervisors.
• Complete required documentation in the electronic medical record.
