No prior experience is required — we provide training. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, reliable transportation, and strong verbal and written communication are essential as you help individuals live more independently and engage

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; literacy test possible.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation and current auto liability insurance.
• No prior experience needed; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, confidential, and respectful care at all times.
• Provide prompts to support daily activities and promote independent living.
• Accurately document progress toward individual goals and maintain logs.
• Collaborate with DDP and local office staff to ensure quality care.
