Program Aide

We are currently seeking a Program Aide to join our intellectual and developmental disabilities services (IDD) division working at the Adult Training Facility in Hummelstown, PA.

Compensation

Earn up to $19/hour with the election of the Enhanced Pay Option.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with skills of daily living such as toileting, eating, and other personal hygiene.
• Follow directions from the Program Instructor in designated areas.
• Act as lead in absence of Program Instructor.
• Document participants’ daily attendance; implement goal plans and provide guidance in social, recreational, educational, and therapeutic activities.
• Assist participants with skill building in the community and on company vehicles.
• Maintain storage and work areas clean and properly arranged.
• Assist with documentation responsibilities as requested.
• Perform special assignments as directed and related work as required.
