Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Direct Support Professional in Pine Grove, PA to provide direct care and support with activities of daily living. You will assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation, while helping clients develop life skills and participate in community activities.

The role includes transportation support, health and safety promotion, and medication assistance as trained. You will document progress and maintain service logs as part of a responsive, client‑centered

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Related experience helpful.
• Valid driver’s license required.
