Merakey is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor for the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Services (IDD) division in Hummelstown, PA. This role coordinates the day-to-day activities of the assigned program and directs staff to meet program and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience with individuals with IDD, supervisory experience preferred, and a college degree is preferred. A current and valid Pennsylvania driver’s license is required.

We are currently seeking a Part Time - Shift Supervisor to join our Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Services (IDD) division in Hummelstown, PA.

Position Overview:

This position coordinates the day-to-day activities of assigned program. This role directs the work of staff to ensure program and quality standards are met.

• Ability to delegate and train personnel
• Ability to maintain poise and professionalism
• Demonstrated strong verbal and written communications
• Proven strong use of technology and the ability to learn new technology quickly and encourage others to do to so.
