Job summary

People Incorporated is hiring Direct Care Professionals to join our evening shifts in the Southcoast Massachusetts area, including Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River and nearby communities. You will support adults with developmental disabilities in residential settings, providing daily living assistance, meal prep, personal care and coordinated community outings.

No prior experience required; on-the-job training is provided with benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• Be a compassionate person and enjoy making a difference in someone’s life.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• A qualifying criminal background check and driving record.
• Valid driver’s license; Use of your personal vehicle.
• A TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after

Responsibilities

• You will be part of a team supporting adults with development disabilities in a residential program.
• Direct Care Professionals provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine that includes outings, meals, daily living activities, personal care, and medical appointments.

Pay Rate: $21.00 / hour
$22.00 / hour (after one year of benefit eligible employment)
