Job summary

People Incorporated in Massachusetts is seeking Direct Care Professionals for evening shifts in Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River, and surrounding areas. You will support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting, helping with daily activities, meals, and personal care.

No experience is required; paid on-the-job training is provided. Benefits apply after eligibility, with competitive wages of $21.00/hour and $22.00/hour after one year, plus career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Be a compassionate person and enjoy making a difference in someone’s life.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• A qualifying criminal background check and driving record is required.
• Valid driver’s license; use of your personal vehicle.
• A TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with development disabilities in a residential program.
• Assist with activities of daily living and meal preparation.
• Provide personal care and accompany individuals to medical appointments.
• Distribute medications and support community outings.
