People Incorporated is seeking Direct Care Professionals to support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. No experience is required; on-the-job paid training is provided and opportunities for career advancement.

Openings exist for 2nd and 3rd shifts in Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River and nearby areas. Expect compassionate work, a structured daily routine, and meaningful community outings. Benefits and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Be a compassionate person and enjoy making a difference in someone’s life.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• A qualifying criminal background check and driving record.
• Valid driver’s license; Use of your personal vehicle.
• A TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after.

Responsibilities

• You will be part of a team supporting adults with development disabilities in a residential program.
• Direct Care Professionals provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine that includes: individual community outings, meal preparation, assistance with activities of daily living, personal care, medical appointments, medication distribution.
• Outings include The Movies, Shopping, Going to Dinner, Baseball Game, Bowling.
