Job summary

People Incorporated is seeking Direct Care Professionals to support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting across Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River and surrounding areas. The role offers part-time, full-time, and relief/per diem shifts with 2nd and 3rd shifts available and pay rates of $21.00 per hour, rising to $22.00 after one year of benefit-eligible employment.

No prior experience is required as on-the-job paid training and career development are provided, along with a

Qualifications

• A qualifying criminal background check and driving record
• Valid driver’s license; Use of your personal vehicle.
• A TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with development disabilities in a residential program.
• Assist with daily activities and maintain a structured routine.
• Include individual community outings and meal preparation.
• Assist with activities of daily living, personal care, medical appointments, and medication distribution.
