Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a resident-first mindset.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, hands-on personal care and assistance to residents with ADLs.
• Support individuals with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring proper nutrition.
• Monitor and document resident health, behavior, and progress.
• Administer medications as directed and in accordance with care plans.
• Facilitate community outings, recreational activities, and social engagement.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, family members, and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment for all residents.
