Berkshire County Arc, Inc. in Massachusetts is seeking Direct Care Professionals to support individuals in daily living, including personal care, meals, and transportation to appointments and activities.

This full-time, hourly role offers a $21 per hour base pay, a $1,000 sign-on, and benefits including health coverage, paid time off, and tuition assistance. High school diploma and 1+ year of Direct Care experience required.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED and 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle.
• Must have 1+ year(s) Direct Care experience.

This position works closely with individuals to help them to become as independent as possible and to meet their personal goals. Staff must maintain accurate and complete records, reports and data necessary to meet the requirements of BCArc and any certifying or regulatory agency. Effective communication with other staff, family members and Individuals is required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED and 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license, Insured vehicle
• Must have 1+ year(s) previous Direct Care experience
