Job summary

Berkshire County Arc, Inc. in Pittsfield, MA is seeking Direct Care Professionals for part-time, hourly positions. You will assist individuals with daily living activities, accompany to appointments, and help them pursue personal goals in a supportive residential setting.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, communicating with staff and families, and collaborating to promote independence. A $500 sign-on is offered and all shifts are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.
• Must have 1+ year(s) previous Direct Care experience.

Staff must maintain accurate and complete records, reports and data necessary to meet the requirements of BCArc and any certifying or regulatory agency.
