Job summary

Berkshire County Arc, Inc. is seeking a Direct Care professional for a full-time Day Program role in Lee, MA. The position offers 35 hours per week, Mon-Fri, 8:30am-3:00pm, with a starting hourly wage of $21 and a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities include supporting individuals in rehabilitation goals, providing training, and supervising during meals and bus times. Benefits include health care contributions, paid time off and tuition assistance for MA state colleges.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; one year of experience with individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
