Job summary

ExpertCare in Southeast Michigan is hiring Direct Care Professionals to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes, providing compassionate support and skill-building activities.

You will help individuals grow personal goals, accompany them to community activities, and follow established care plans. A reliable driver and ability to pass background checks are required; both full-time and part-time positions are available.

• Must be compassionate, patient, dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with recipients in their homes.

You will be working in our clients homes while supporting, encouraging and helping with skill building activities. You will also be bringing them into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment. ExpertCare services Community of Mental Health Recipients in Southeast Michigan. Full and part-time positions are available!
