Golden Heart Senior Care Franchise, LLC is seeking part-time caregivers to provide focused support sessions that help individuals gain confidence and independence in daily life.

You will coach, encourage, and celebrate progress as clients work toward personal goals, building relationships and supporting growth without long shifts. Paid training is included for all roles.

2.5-4hrs Hour Shifts | Flexible Scheduling/Full or Part-time positions | Meaningful Community Impact (Day, Evenings or Weekends available)

In this position, you will provide short, focused support sessions that help individuals gain confidence and independence in everyday life. You are not just assisting, but you are coaching, encouraging, and celebrating progress as clients work toward their personal goals.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, encouraging independence, and supporting individuals as they grow in life skills and personal goals without the demands of long shifts.

Paid Training is included for all our roles, company-wide

Duties include, but tailored to the persons service plan:

• Support individuals in developing daily living and independent life skills

Requirements

• 1 year of caregiving, DSP, or related experience required
