Job summary

YAI - Seeing beyond disability seeks a responsible supervisor to oversee DSP-RBT staff and shift operations, ensuring tasks meet regulatory and program standards and that care remains patient-centered and trauma-informed.

You will coordinate scheduling, training, and documentation while collaborating with clinical staff and external providers to maintain consistent, high-quality services for individuals with I/DD.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older with high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of direct care experience with individuals with developmental disabilities and challenging behavior.
• At least 6 months of supervisory or lead experience in I/DD, mental health, or related field.
• State-required DSPT Year 1 and Year 2 training completion; RBT certification or equivalent (or detectable path).

Responsibilities

• Supervise DSP-RBTs and Back-up Leads on shift; assign duties and monitor performance.
• Maintain scheduling, daily shift reports, and compliance postings.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain accurate records in electronic/paper files.
• Lead staff trainings, participate in interviews, and coordinate coverage and staffing needs.
