Job summary

YAI in Connecticut is looking for dedicated individuals to provide care and supervision for persons with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include implementing individualized support plans and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

Qualified candidates must have a High School diploma, experience in direct care, and be willing to obtain RBT certification. This position requires teamwork, excellent communication skills, and crisis management abilities. Competitive hourly rate of $30.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience providing direct care to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Must hold or obtain RBT certification within 60 days.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and support to individuals at all times.
• Assist individuals in daily living activities including personal care.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
