Job summary

YAI - Seeing beyond disability in Hollister, MO seeks a dedicated direct-support supervisor to oversee care, enforce safety rules, and support learning through IBSPs/IPPs.

This role requires an RBT certification or equivalently Licensed Psych Technician, a HS diploma, a valid driver’s license, and CPR/First Aid. You will work with a team, document in the electronic health record, and participate in trainings to maintain compliance and quality of care.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year direct care experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Must have or obtain RBT certification within 60 days, or be a Licensed Psych Technician or QBP.
• CPR/First Aid, Ukeru and CPI certifications required and recertified annually.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and protect individuals at all times and enforce house rules.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor health needs.
• Support learning and development through IBSPs/IPPs and trauma-informed practices.
• Document in electronic health records and coordinate with leadership and direct support staff.
