Qualifications

• Familiarity with developmental disabilities required.
• CPR/First Aid and Article 9 training preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Fingerprint clearance and Intro to Developmental Disabilities certs preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support per service plans, routines, and goals.
• Promote self-esteem and advocacy through coaching and positive reinforcement.
• Communicate professionally with individuals and stakeholders.
• Complete accurate documentation and maintain records per reporting practices.
