Job summary

Wee Care Corporation in Phoenix, AZ, seeks a Direct Support Provider to empower individuals with developmental disabilities through person-centered habilitation, attendant care, and community integration. You’ll follow individualized plans, support daily living skills, and promote dignity and safety.

Evenings and weekend shifts require flexible availability; CPR/First Aid is preferred; you’ll document services promptly and maintain a safe, supportive environment during home and community

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and timely documentation skills.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Familiarity with developmental disabilities; training available.
• Valid Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance (or ability to obtain).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability for evenings, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide habilitation, attendant care, and respite services.
• Assist with personal care as needed and reinforce daily living skills.
• Promote self-advocacy, self-esteem, and community participation.
• Ensure safety, dignity, and respectful care during shifts.
• Document services promptly and communicate with care team.
• Maintain a safe, supportive environment and update family on progress.
