You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to drive risk mitigation and better business results across the enterprise in a remote US setting. Compensation ranges from $144,792 to $204,104 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor management, contract management, or supplier governance.
• 5+ years of experience leading procurement, sourcing, or vendor management teams.
• Strong experience with procurement operations, vendor lifecycle management, contracts, negotiations, and risk management.
• Proficiency in AI-powered tools, automation platforms, and procurement technologies.

• Lead the end-to-end vendor lifecycle from sourcing and procurement to governance and performance management.
• Develop and execute vendor management strategies that align with enterprise business objectives.
• Oversee strategic sourcing initiatives and negotiate complex vendor contracts.
• Implement governance programs and manage performance metrics, SLAs, and risk assessments.
• Drive initiatives to enhance vendor performance and resolve service and contractual issues.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal teams and external vendors.
• Utilize AI and analytics tools to optimize vendor insights and procurement processes.

This leader will guide enterprise procurement and vendor governance efforts that support effective operations across the organization. The role will focus on strengthening sourcing discipline, managing supplier performance, and improving contract outcomes in a complex healthcare environment. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive consistency, mitigate risk, and enable better business results. The position also emphasizes the use of analytics and automation to improve procurement effectiveness and decision-making.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $144,792 – $204,104 annually
