Job summary

Horizon Health is seeking a Director of Nursing (Behavioral Health) for Pinehurst, NC, to lead the 28-bed adult/dual diagnosis program at First Health Moore Regional Health. The role requires strong governance leadership, HR management, and excellence in patient-centered care.

You will collaborate with hospital executives, coach staff, and drive use of nursing information systems and technology to improve productivity.

Qualifications

• Must have at least three (3) years of nursing leadership experience within an acute care facility.
• Minimum of five (5) years of behavioral health experience.
• Experience working with various accrediting bodies.
• Active Registered Nurse licensure in North Carolina.
• Master’s degree required, if in a field other than nursing, Bachelor of Science in Nursing Required.
