Job summary

Brobston Group LLC seeks a Dior Shoe Ambassador to support the shoe business in a leased department. You will provide personalized service, product expertise, and strong collaboration with store teams to drive sales while maintaining boutique operations.

You will recruit clients, manage the customer journey, and handle operations, including visual merchandising, reporting, and inventory control, in a luxury retail setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of retail operations, cashier, or sales support experience.
• Luxury retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong Dior brand presence and adhere to all brand standards.
• Deliver personalized client service, product knowledge, and brand storytelling to drive sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with leased department store sellers and provide ongoing training and styling guidance.
• Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards and complete boutique opening and closing procedures.
• Process Dior POS transactions accurately and ensure compliance with payment and retention policies.
• Manage inventory accuracy, cycle counts, stock movements, and stockroom organization.
• Complete required daily and weekly reporting, sales and banking reconciliation, and operational follow-up.

This role combines sales support, client recruitment and journey management with operational and visual merchandising responsibilities. The ambassador ensures brand standards are upheld while enabling sales performance and maintaining boutique operations.
