Job summary

Christian Dior Couture is seeking a Dior Shoe Ambassador to support day-to-day sales, client journey, recruitment, and operations/visual merchandising for the Dior shoe business. You will deliver expert product knowledge, drive sales, and strengthen relationships with leased department stores while maintaining Dior standards.

You will train teams, provide styling guidance, and ensure smooth POS operations, inventory control, and impeccable brand presentation in a fast-paced luxury retail

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in retail operations, cashier, or sales support.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays as business needs require.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move, lift, and handle merchandise and supplies as required.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
• Commitment to upholding all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong Dior brand presence through collaboration, engagement, and adherence to brand standards.
• Ensure every client receives an exceptional experience by creating a welcoming environment and partnering with leased department store teams.
• Deliver expert product knowledge and brand storytelling to elevate the client experience and drive sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with leased department store sellers through ongoing communication and follow-up.
• Provide training, styling guidance, and collection insights to leased department store teams to enable sales performance.
• Communicate client feedback, business opportunities, and operational insights to management.
• Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards in accordance with Dior guidelines.
• Complete boutique opening/closing procedures, including POS operations and related Dioroutine tasks.
• Process all Dior POS transactions accurately, including dual-ring procedures, per payment and retention policies.
• Support preparation and packaging of client purchases following Dior presentation standards.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventories, and stock audits; communicate discrepancies.
• Oversee product movements including shipments, transfers, loans, returns, and retrievals.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of stockrooms and boutique work areas.
• Manage daily operational tasks, including supply ordering and Dioroutine priorities.
• Complete daily/weekly reporting, including exception reporting, follow-up actions, and sales/banking reconciliation.
• Support overall boutique operations while upholding company policies, safety, security, and compliance standards.
