Job summary

The Dior Shoe Ambassador at Saks is a luxury retail role focused on day-to-day sales support, client journey, recruitment, and operational & visual merchandising support for the Dior shoe business.

You will maintain a Dior brand presence, deliver personalized service, and partner with leased department store teams to elevate the client experience, while ensuring POS accuracy and inventory integrity. The role requires 3+ years in luxury retail and flexibility to work evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• Luxury retail experience preferred.
• Full-time availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand long periods and lift merchandise as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong Dior brand presence through collaboration and adherence to brand standards.
• Deliver personalized service and elevate the client journey in collaboration with leased department store teams.
• Provide expert product knowledge and brand storytelling to drive sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with leased department store sellers through ongoing communication.
• Enable sales performance by training and offering styling guidance to store teams.
• Communicate client feedback and operational insights to management.
• Execute visual merchandising standards and daily boutique operations per Dior guidelines.
• Process all Dior POS transactions accurately and complete daily/weekly reporting.
