Christian Dior Couture, in collaboration with Neiman Marcus, seeks a Shoe Ambassador to support day-to-day sales, client journeys, recruitment, and operational/visual merchandising for the Dior shoe business.

The role emphasizes delivering expert product knowledge, brand storytelling, and exceptional client experiences while coordinating with leased department store teams. Strong retail ops experience is preferred and a commitment to Dior standards is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail operations, cashier, or sales support (luxury preferred).
• Ability to work full-time including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong Dior brand presence through collaboration and adherence to brand standards.
• Deliver expert product knowledge and brand storytelling to elevate the client experience and drive sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with leased department store sellers and teams.
• Provide training, styling guidance, and collection insights to leased department store teams.
• Communicate client feedback and operational insights to management.
• Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards in accordance with Dior guidelines.
• Complete boutique opening/closing procedures and POS operations.
• Process Dior POS transactions accurately, including dual-ring procedures.
