ACCO Engineered Systems is seeking a Real Estate Construction Lead to oversee end-to-end facility capital projects in California. You will manage budgets, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, and ensure safety, quality, and compliance throughout project lifecycles.

You will act as project manager for renovations, supervise contractors, maintain schedules, and document progress, with focus on minimizing disruption and delivering on ACCO's real estate objectives.

Qualificações

• Budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis are essential.
• Manage capital improvement projects from planning to completion.
• Adhere to safety regulations and promote a safe job site.

Responsabilidades

• Support approved budgets and expenditures for facility-related projects.
• Serve as project manager for renovations, including bidding, contracts, and supervision of contractors.
• Conduct property audits for safety, security, and maintenance of systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations such as backflow prevention and fire escape plans.
• Coordinate with Safety, Accounting, and Service departments on maintenance programs.
• Support facility relocation and manage site logistics to minimize disruption.
• Establish daily quality control policies and manage punch lists to ensure delivery.
• Create and manage detailed project schedules and monitor critical path.
• Maintain daily project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
