Timber Ridge Lodge & Waterpark, part of Marcus Hotels & Resorts, seeks a friendly Server in Lake Geneva, WI. You will greet guests, explain menus, input orders into the POS, and deliver meals and beverages with a smile. Experience in hospitality and a strong command of English are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior service experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards and etiquette.
• Proficient reading/writing/speaking English.
• Ability to lift and transport trays up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and explain specials.
• Input guest orders into POS.
• Deliver orders with accuracy and beverage service.
• Replenish beverages and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Collect payments and thank guests.
• Perform side work and maintain cleanliness.
