Job summary

American Dining Creations is hiring a Dining Worker/Server in Hooksett, NH. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and assisting with food preparation and serving from a station or line.

The position may involve cashier duties, cleaning, stocking, and maintaining areas, with health and safety guidelines followed to ensure proper temperatures and portion control. Training and advancement opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ years prior experience in a Customer Service, Food Service, or Retail position preferred.
• Able to work well with others as well as excel independently.
• Time management skills and task focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills and the ability to read, write, communicate effectively.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs, bend, climb stairs, stand, and walk for entire scheduled shift.

Responsibilities

• Follow established recipes to prepare and serve menu items for a food station.
• Greet and serve guests in a fast, efficient, and friendly manner.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure correct serving temperatures and adequate portion control, temperature logs, and dates.
• Provide guests with information regarding food ingredients, availability, and pricing.
• Cashier duties may include operating a POS, accept payment for food and beverage purchases.
• Assist with labels and packaging food for take-out menus and mobile ordering.
• Escalate customer concerns and complaints to management.
• Clean, organize, and maintain kitchen, equipment, utensils, and general areas.
