Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer service, food service, or retail.

Responsibilities

• Follow established recipes to prepare and serve menu items for a food station.
• Greet and serve guests in a fast, efficient, and friendly manner.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure correct serving temperatures, portion control, logs, and dates.
• Provide guests with information on ingredients, availability, and pricing.
• Cashier duties may include operating a POS and processing payments.
• Assist with labeling and packaging for take-out and mobile orders.
• Escalate customer concerns to management.
• Clean, organize, and maintain kitchen, equipment, utensils, and general areas.
• May be assigned other duties as needed.
