Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Food handler’s permit or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to read, write, weigh and measure.
• Equivalency accepted for high school education.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service to all guests.
• Process customer orders accurately using the POS system.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standards.
• Fulfill mobile and in-store orders efficiently.
• Stock front-of-house and kitchen supplies.
• Prepare ingredients and assist with inventory management.
• Operate dishwashing equipment and maintain cleanliness.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure food quality, safety and sanitation standards.
