Qualifications

• High school or equivalent experience required.
• One year of work experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, weigh and measure; communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Set up and close stations.
• Read recipes, prepare ingredients, and execute recipes.
• Restock stations and assist with inventory.
• Assist with cleaning and dish machine operation.
• Monitor cost and waste control; maintain food quality and presentation.
