Responsibilities

• Responsible for Nutrition Operators, Workstation and Wait Staff Associates.
• Oversees systems and processes to ensure the Dining on Call service objectives are met.
• Assists in selection and orientation of employees and oversees training of Dining on Call staff.
• Coordinates and ensures adherence to dietary restrictions and patient meal selections.
• Monitors tray assembly, delivery, and retrieval; addresses patient concerns promptly.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and HACCP guidelines are followed.
