Qualifications

• Previous culinary/foodservice experience required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Successful team leadership experience.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds frequently; up to 30 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front end production.
• Open and manage cash drawers.
• Follow policies including safety programs.
• Report issues to management (customer, safety, security).
• Ensure safety compliance at accounts.
• Maintain grooming and appearance standards.
• Perform duties as assigned by management.
• Schedule, inventory, ordering; manage a staff of about 30 students.
