AVI Foodsystems is seeking an energetic and optimistic leader for the Dining Supervisor, Full-time position, scheduled Monday through Friday from 1:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. The wage for this role is $19/hr.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Supervise the food service team to ensure superior customer service, quality, and cleanliness.
2. Maintain profitability by managing sales, food costs, labor, and other controllable expenses.
3. Participate in team meetings and training; provide coaching as needed.
4. Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards.
5. Interact professionally with clients, executives, and team members.
6. Provide prompt and professional responses and guidance to clients and management.

Job Requirements:

1. Previous supervisory experience in food service.
2. ServSafe certification preferred.
3. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Experience with cash handling and reconciliation.
6. Knowledge of POS systems is preferred.
