Job summary

Responsibilities include supervising Nutrition Operators and dining staff, handling menu adaptations for dietary needs, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality in accordance with regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Lead/Senior Cook.
• Experience leading a team required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient meal service, including tray assembly and delivery.
• Ensure staff are trained and units are properly staffed for Dining on Call.
• Oversee nutrition operators, workstation, and dining staff performance.
• Monitor dietary restrictions and patient food preferences.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and HACCP guidelines.
