Job summary

Eurest USA is hiring a Dining Systems Supervisor for the Amgen location in New Albany, OH. This full-time role oversees patient meal service, ensures proper staff coverage, and coordinates Dining on Call operations to meet diet orders and patient needs.

Compensation ranges from $24.00 to $26.00 per hour with benefits after a 90-day intro period. Applicants must have at least 2 years as a Lead/Senior Cook and demonstrate team leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a Lead/Senior Cook.
• Experience leading a team is required.
• Full-time availability; schedule may vary and require flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient meal service including menu selections, tray assembly, delivery and pick up.
• Ensure staff are trained and properly staffed to provide service.
• Oversee Dining on Call operations to meet diet orders and patient needs.
• Monitor tray accuracy, completeness and timeliness; resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate with Nutrition Operators on dietary modifications and restrictions.
• Communicate patient concerns to appropriate staff per procedures.
• Develop and post staff schedules; update job flows as needed.
• Visit patient units to ensure service quality and compliance with regulations.
