EverTrue is seeking a Dining Service Associate to perform a variety of dining service functions, maintain sanitary dining areas, and assist with some food preparation. The role includes setup, serving residents, and cleanup in a residence/community setting.

The position requires adherence to safety standards, ability to follow recipes, and attendance to documentation such as HACCP logs. Benefits and shift details are provided by the employer.

Qualifications

• Previous dining service experience is preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow recipe instructions and diet orders.
• Willingness to perform routine, repetitive tasks with frequent interruptions.
• Must be patient and tolerant with staff, residents, and family members.
• Must have or be willing to receive a Hepatitis A vaccine if working within St. Louis County.

Responsibilities

• Performs defined work routines using dining service utensils, supplies, and equipment.
• Assists with dining service setup in dining rooms and at catered events, including beverages, salads, desserts, and other items; ensures proper temperatures and timely service.
• Assists with dining room setup, including setting tables, stocking buffets, and serving residents.
• Assists in cleanup to maintain sanitation and cleanliness; completes daily cleaning duties and washes dishes.
• Receives and stores food and supplies.
• Follows all safety procedures and protocols per EverTrue policy and regulations; reports hazards or incidents.
• Maintains HACCP logs and records food temperatures, usage, and waste amounts.
• Follows infection control procedures and proper PPE usage.
