Job summary

Vitality in Little Rock, AR is seeking a friendly Dining Services Associate to provide a welcoming dining experience for residents and guests. You will greet residents, serve meals, record guest meals, assist with meal preparation and event setup, and help keep the dining area clean and organized.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Adhere to proper food handling and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, visitors, and team members courteously.
• Serve meals and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Record guest meals and report to Culinary Services Director.
• Assist in preparations for special meals and parties.
• Ensure proper storage of food and supplies.
• Assist with the daily operations and cleaning of the dining room and server areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper attire in dining room operations.
• Follow infection control procedures and report hazards.
• Attend onboarding and annual training and team meetings.
• Understand and implement emergency plans as requested.
