Job summary

Vitality is seeking a Dining Room Server to provide a warm, courteous dining experience for residents and visitors. You will assist in meal service, ensure proper setup, and help with daily dining room operations under the direction of the Culinary Services team.

Responsibilities include serving meals, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to infection control policies while supporting residents and families with dignity and care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Knowledge of customer service standards and best practices.
• Ability to follow food handling and sanitation procedures.
• Desire to work with older adults and families.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, visitors, and team members courteously.
• Record guest meals and report to Business Office Director.
• Assist in daily dining room operations and cleaning.
• Attend onboarding and annual training, in-services and team meetings as requested.
• Follow infection control policies and report safety concerns.
