Job summary

Fox Run Village by Erickson Senior Living in Novi, MI is seeking an Assistant General Manager of Dining Services to lead a team of dining professionals, oversee dining rooms, cafés and catering operations, and advance service excellence across mealtimes. You’ll drive efficiency and growth while supporting residents and staff in a vibrant continuing care community.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in dining room management and supervision.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Proven ability to supervise multiple venues and large teams.
• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, training, hiring, coaching, and development of all dining staff.
• Ensure that food is properly portioned, plates are attractively presented, and service meets standards.
• Supervise the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, kitchen, storage areas and loading dock.
• Ensure dining staff comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Participate in programs and activities designed to enhance employee and resident satisfaction.
