Job summary

Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Dining Room Manager at Fox Run Village in Novi, Michigan. The role oversees scheduling, training, hiring, coaching, and development of restaurant staff across locations, ensuring proper portioning, attractive plating, and service that meets standards.

Candidates should have at least 3 years in dining room management, be available weekends/holidays, and demonstrate the ability to supervise multiple venues and large teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, kitchen, storage areas, and loading dock.
• Ensure that dining staff complies with safety regulations and adheres to all company policies and procedures.
• Participate in programs and activities designed to enhance employee and resident satisfaction.

Compensation:

Starting at 53,800

How you will make an impact:

What you will need:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in dining room management, service, and sanitation (up to 1 year of dietetics experience may be substituted) required
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
• Proven ability to supervise multiple venues and manage large teams
• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
